1. ORDERING: FOR BETTER SERVICE PLEASE SUPPLY US WITH THE YEAR, MODEL & MAKE OF THE VEHICLE YOU ARE REQUESTING AN ENGINE FOR.

2. PERFORMANCES: All information on this site is provided to our best ability. We do not assume any responsibility for errors and/or incorrect application. OEM prices and Photographs on the site are for reference only provided to the best of our ability.

3. PRICES: Due to constant price fluctuations on OEM parts and foreign currencies, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS: All engines & cylinder heads are inspected before delivery. However, damage may occur during shipping. We request that customers inspect all engines & cylinder heads upon delivery. Engine Warehouse Inc. does not assume any responsibility for damage after inspection and signing by the purchaser at the time of delivery. All other returns will not be accepted after 14 days from purchase date without authorization from Engine Warehouse Inc.. Damaged or altered engines & cylinder heads will not be accepted. Driver's signature on the invoice proves he or she checked the engines & cylinder heads for any defects; (damaged or wrong) at your present. We will not accept any damaged engines and cylinder heads or wrong engines & cylinder heads after the driver and you sign the invoice. All returns shall be accompanied by the original receipt from Engine Warehouse Incorporated or its assignee. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless caused by our error or cancelled by the customer prior to the remanufacturing.

5. DAMAGE CLAIMS: Please make damage claims directly to the carrier for orders shipped via common carrier.

6. PAYMENT: All sales must be paid via credit cards, cashier checks or money orders. Returned checks are subject to a $25 service charge. Dishonored checks are subject to penalty set forth by the Washington State Law (Chapter 522 Sec 1719) and all other related collection costs including attorney fees.

7. Engine Warehouse Inc. does not warranty any labor cost incurred during installation, and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of any its parts. Engines have 7-year 70,000 mile warranty with proof of invoice.

8. By purchasing engines & cylinder heads from Engine Warehouse Inc. you are assuming all responsibility.
